  1. WEST POINTERS IN THE ARTS

The last week has had a flurry of activity over in the WEST POINTERS IN THE ARTS FACEBOOK GROUP. Are you an artist, maintain a dedicated hobby or just appreciate Art and West Pointers? Come join us!

  2. Iconic Moments in Army Football History

We’re putting together A LIST OF TRULY ICONIC MOMENTS in Army Football history. Come add your moment to our growing list.

  3. EYE CANDY FROM @THEOLDHOWITZER_

Do you love stunning West Point antique pins? Well, we though so…HERE’S JUST THE THING FOR YOU!

  4. 1-YEAR of TODAY’S MOST BEAUTIFUL THING

Last January, before 2020 became a big old mess, I started sharing imagery on our Instagram account with the context of “Today’s Most Beautiful Thing” It was really just a way to continue to celebrate West Point in our own special way. I found great joy in approaching our instagram feed that way. Head over to @CADETISSUE to follow along as I continue to draw inspiration from West Point and West Point moments - and in 2021, we will be featuring more and more imagery from you! So, if you have a contender for “Today’s Most Beautiful Thing” send it our way now.

  5. EYE CANDY - OIL PAINTING

Here’s a lovely Winter Scene of Grant Hall by USMA ‘76’s TIM JUDGE FINE ART. I love coming across this sort of work. So many talented grads out there.

  6. WHAT I’M READING

Well, I guess it’s more like “what I am listening to” I just finished-up Ray Bradbury’s take on his writing process in the really wonderful (but awful cover art) ZEN IN THE ART OF WRITING.
